If you are reporting a scoring problem, the most useful thing you can send is the score at the time, who was serving, and which box they served from.

Common questions

How do I score a rally?: Tap the half of the screen belonging to the player who won it. That is the whole interaction.
The app is showing the wrong server.: Tap Undo. It rewinds the match one event at a time and restores the server and the service box exactly as they were, rather than guessing.
Can I change the service box?: At the start of a hand, tap R or L beside the server's name. Once the first rally of that hand has been played the box is fixed, and it alternates on its own while the serve is held.
What do I get with Courtside Pro?: Unlimited match history, traditional English scoring to nine including the call at eight all, referee conduct tools, point by point momentum charts, scorecard image export, and a light theme. One payment, no subscription.
I paid for Pro but it is locked on my new phone.: Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. Nothing needs to be paid again.
Where is my match history stored?: On your device only. It is never uploaded, which also means deleting the app deletes the history with it, and it does not move to a new phone on its own.
Does it work without a signal?: Yes. Everything except buying Pro works with no connection at all.
